Can you share the rationale and algo logic as to when workouts are capped. They get capped basis form number but if you could share more details as some of us see future planned workouts not changing in load after the day’s workout done and show as capped
Generally when fitness is above 40 capping is used to stop workouts from getting too long.
This would be seen if you miss a few workouts or if your ramp is too high.
