Excited to announce that now you can enter your next event in the Webapp Dashboard
This will ensure that the workouts are designed in a way that you peak at the right time just before the event.
As you can see from the graph below how form rises and peaks before the event.
It will also ensure that you get a good recovery post your event.
This will take away the need to manually tinker with the ramp rate lead up to the event.
Note. Ramp rate setting will not have any effect 2 weeks before and 1 week after the event. It will also skip any recovery week if it falls in this 3 week timeline. For now it will not add event specific long runs that are prescribed as per the program. They would still have to be done manually.
