As per the latest update, we anticipate that Intervals should be back up by the end of the day.

In the meantime, if you want to get your workout manually, you can follow these two simple steps:

  1. Go to Intervals, then navigate to Settings > Strava > “Download old Data”. This will manually trigger a data download.
  2. The workouts will sync up by 4:30 PM IST.
