December 2023 to March 2024: Winter Training Focus

  • December 2023 - Begin with moderate-intensity rides to build a solid base. Focus on acclimatizing to colder temperatures and testing out winter gear. Include a few long rides, progressively increasing the distance. Fitness range 55-80.
  • January 2024 - Continue with consistent training, emphasizing endurance and comfort in cold weather. Experiment with nutrition and hydration strategies suitable for colder conditions. Fitness range 55-80.
  • February 2024 - Increase the intensity of training slightly. Start incorporating more structured workouts aimed at improving endurance. Fitness range 55-80.
